He has a proven record of successfully working with HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, short sales, foreclosures, liens, and first time home buyers. His diverse customer base includes teachers, firefighters, police officers, doctors, lawyers, and military professionals. He is forever grateful for their hard work and service.

Prior to real estate, Venn worked at Radio Shack for 21 years, and held managerial positions with the company for 15 years. Venn is an overachiever who excels in everything that he does. During his tenure at Radio Shack, he was always among the top 4 stores, he hosted the CEO of Merrill Lynch, he earned the title of the #1 store in the nation, and became a top income earner in the South East Division. Venn was a management mentor who was often called upon to reconstruct failing stores. Store managers and staff were efficiently equipped with the skills necessary to succeed, and those failing stores became top producers under Venn's guidance.

Venn was born in Grenada and has lived in St. Croix, New Jersey and Maryland. He moved to South Florida in 1993, officially making Palm Beach County his home in 2000. Venn is a devoted husband, a father of three amazing children (2 girls, 1 boy), and the grandfather of one beautiful granddaughter. He enjoys spending time with his family, vacationing and traveling. Venn played baseball from little league and throughout his college years, and was recognized as an All County player in high school. In his spare time, Venn likes to play the trumpet, read, go to the beach, exercise, and golf. He is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., a philanthropist, and an active member of the community. He has a heart for people and doesn't want to see them in need. He volunteers at food distribution centers, feeds the homeless and donates to food drives.
